The item itself is beautiful and it came in a beautiful box but it was difficult to get in touch with shop owner due to holidays and took longer than expected for item to be sent out.

The comb that I received does not look like the image. It looks smaller. I keep saying 'look' because my pro hairdresser may be able to pull, stretch and tease it out. Fingers crossed. 3 stars mostly because the shop owner ignored 2 custom questions/requests I had. Never had that experience before on Etsy, just a simple No, sorry, I can't do that would have been appreciated.

The hairpiece was not as described. The shop asked for the product to be returned but would not refund the cost of the shipping. I had to go through PayPal to get my entire purchase refunded.

I love this! It will be perfect for my wedding this summer. I'm so happy with how it turned out!

It was beautiful for the wedding... arrived quicker than expected too

I was so nervous about buying a capelet from the other side of the world. I have never bought anything bridal before and normally would never dream of spending that much money on something I couldn’t try on or return. But BlB were the only capelets I kept coming back to. I bombarded Anya with questions and she was helpful and very patient, but didn’t try and persuade me into anything which I really appreciated. Now it’s arrived and it is simply gorgeous. It looks fabulous, it covers my arms but my wedding dress will still show through, it adds grownup bling and it suits me so much. Everything looks to be really well sewn but they have provided with a pack of spare beads and sequins just in case, which I appreciate. I don’t have my dress ready to put on yet so excuse the pic of me in a white tank top! Thank you so much Anya.
